This was the stage design for the play "Liquid of the Night," organized by singer-songwriter Nishikata Toshiho. The play is composed of a central tub filled with water, in which visitors place things they cannot throw away, and a story and production that explores their memories. To symbolically represent the memories of the audience, photographs of memories taken by the staff who participated in the play were spread on the ground, and the central tub was made from a transparent sheet with the photographs folded over. The tub glows, strongly expressing the memories of all the audience and stage producers, and the pale blue light that falls on the performers enhances the decadent story.
