By beautifully recreating the daytime scenery at night, we are reminded of the value of ordinary scenery.
National Showa Memorial Park Winter Vista Illumination
By reproducing the scene of the day beautifully in the evening, the work lets the viewer recognize again the value of the natural scenery.

①Payment amount: 100,000 yen
The production costs were provided by the Illumination management team with 100,000 yen, and the goal was to produce within this budget.
②1800 x 1800 x 1800 iron pipe
Iron pipes were provided to create a sense of unity in the exhibition, and the works were to be installed within these frames.
3. Created by a team of three people formed through a competition
There was a competition held within the university, and my idea won. I created a piece together with two other participants who agreed with my idea.
Conditions
Allowance 100,000 yen
The amount of money paid by the illumination management side as production cost is 100,000 yen. We aimed to produce within this budget.
Iron pipe of 1800 × 1800 × 1800
Iron pipe was provided to give a sense of unity of exhibition, and it was decided to set up works within that frame.

The competition ended in victory for my idea, and I produced the work with 2 participants, who agreed with my idea.
Work summary

Images of the natural scenery of the National Showa Memorial Park are projected from a projector installed in a box behind it.
The cube is made of stacked polycarbonate plates. By projecting an image onto the cross section of the polycarbonate plates, the light is diffused and the image is pixelated.
The back of the cube is covered with acrylic and cloth, allowing images to be projected onto it.
